Very comfortable and grippy. I was looking for a new shoe company to support since my previous favorite has gone woke (UA). I do a daily modified bodybuilding and cardio routine and wanted a comfortable shoe that offered the necessary support. These ASICS seem to have met all my criteria and are great looking shoes.
