Asics GEL-Kayano 22 (4E) Review

I have discovered the ASICS Gel Kayano 22. I love the shoe! Considering all of the miles that I have run on roads, trails, & tracks I am a "picky and finicky" runner. My feet, having carried me over 200,000 miles, have been one with good & bad shoes over the years.......but mostly good. I highly recommend this shoe if you have a narrow foot, compete, and are not a large/heavy runner.
