Overall, I highly recommend the UA Flow Velociti Elite for distance runners who want a lightweight shoe with good energy return and a comfortable ride. They may not be the softest shoe out there, but they have just the right amount of cushion for me and my body definitely feels less beaten up after a long run in these.
