Project Rock BSR 3 Review

I bought my shoes in person. Tried them on and the cushioning was nice. A bit tight but it’s because they are new and need to be worn a bit. I waited to write this review to check how they felt during my lifts. Perfect grip on the floors for lifting! I love how they bend with my movements. They feel solid and comfortable. Definitely worth lifting with. I had no slips or slides with them, so I do appreciate that! I didn’t run with them because I want to keep these as my lifting only shoes. I do feel like they would be okay to run in for half a mile to a mile.
