I'm the type of runner that needs more support than this shoe provides, so I didn't buy this shoe for running, I bought them because they are super cute and wanted a neutral color athletic shoe. I wear them when I'm lifting weights, rowing, etc....anything other than running. I love them, super comfortable and stylish. I would size down at least a half size, otherwise, the heel slips up while running/rowing which is annoying.
