Absolutely the best shoes I've ever owned.
I've been wearing these since the 18's and have loved every pair. These are comfortable, supportive and cushioned without being stiff.
The only CON is that the toe box on the 22's is defianately more narrow.
I've always worn 12d but on these I had to send them back and order the E's. Once I got the new pair, I slipped them on and they fit perfectly. Great shoe and with a little shopping around, a pretty good price too ($81.6)

It is definitely a different feeling shoe if you alternate them like I do. But it has not caused me any pain or discomfort. I don't know if going up a half size would help or not because I did not try. I would recommend this shoe. I would buy them again.
