the Asics GEL-Kayano 23 Tokyo shoes and I have to say that I'm thoroughly impressed with them. The FlyteFoam Technology makes these shoes incredibly lightweight, while still providing a luxurious amount of cushioning that makes for a smooth and comfortable ride. One of the standout features for me is the FluidFit upper, which provides fantastic forefoot support while also adapting seamlessly to the natural motion of my foot. As a result, these shoes offer a custom sock-like fit that's as comfortable as it is functional. Additionally, the Forefoot and Rearfoot GEL Cushioning Systems do an excellent job of absorbing shock upon impact, which is especially important for overpronators like myself. I find that these shoes help me transition effortlessly between each phase of my gait cycle. Overall, I would highly recommend the Asics GEL-Kayano 23 Tokyo to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-performance running shoe. Would highly recommend. Helps massively with overpronation. Doesn’t feel constrictive in the slightest and I love the responsiveness. Comfortable and durable. Each new model is an improvement.
