This is a very good exercise shoe. From simple walks to squatting at the gym, the shoe is a good fit. Stays snug but not tight. I have a wider set foot so for my foot to fit comfortably in the shoe is perfect for me in everyday use. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a good gym/everyday shoe.
